Compliance is our core. Payroll runs through compliant channels end to end, with every payout screened by AML / KYT and carrying full records. The CNY that arrives has a lawful, traceable source; in normal payroll use banks don't freeze it and tax is easy to explain. No. You sign up with your existing overseas operating entity — no need to set up a new company or open a corporate account in China. Once you pass business verification (KYB), import your roster and start paying your China-based team.
CNY typically arrives within T+1, and Alipay payouts can land the same day. The simulation shows the expected arrival time for every payment.
It's fully online and self-serve: sign up → submit KYB business due-diligence materials (business license, outbound operation and team details, etc.) → we review and activate → you run payroll yourself. Once approved, import your roster and run the first batch.
We pay out via Alipay — a verified Alipay account is all they need. Employees with UnionPay cards are paid straight to the card. Both channels come with full arrival confirmations.
Employee and payroll data is encrypted in storage and transit, accessed on a least-privilege basis, in line with China's PIPL and related laws. Payroll is backed by multi-level approvals and full operation logs, so every payment is traceable and under control. Our security overview is available on request.
