No. You sign up with your existing overseas operating entity — no need to set up a new company or open a corporate account in China. Once you pass business verification (KYB), import your roster and start paying your China-based team.

CNY typically arrives within T+1, and Alipay payouts can land the same day. The simulation shows the expected arrival time for every payment.

It's fully online and self-serve: sign up → submit KYB business due-diligence materials (business license, outbound operation and team details, etc.) → we review and activate → you run payroll yourself. Once approved, import your roster and run the first batch.

We pay out via Alipay — a verified Alipay account is all they need. Employees with UnionPay cards are paid straight to the card. Both channels come with full arrival confirmations.

Employee and payroll data is encrypted in storage and transit, accessed on a least-privilege basis, in line with China's PIPL and related laws.
